PSN Store Updates - 6th September 2007

So the weekly PSN Store updates went live yesterday, and if you live in the US I say you are feely fairly happy with your update this week, has to be one of the biggest yet. But if your from Europe, well there isnt to much to shout about, especially when compared to the updates our friends across the pond have got the last fews week.

Easy to see the difference in the updates between the two stores. Ofcourse SCEE might have a valid reason for the lack on content in there update, but without any sort of statement being made by them about the state of the European store we just cant know for sure.

Ofcourse it is fairly simple to make another PSN account to use the US or Japanese stores but surely you shouldnt have to do that if you live in Europe just to get access to the content

Blog is Born!

So its born! Welcome to the Island Gaming blog!

Island Gaming is here to bring you the major news on Sony's PlayStation brands (PS3, PSP & PS2) aswell as other news which will affect the gaming community and the gaming industry.

There are plenty of gaming websites out their, as I am sure most people are aware off. But some can lack abit of focus as they report every bit of news they can, and that can make it hard to easily find what you want to know about. But here, at Island Gaming I am hoping to keep things focused on the major news you want to know about, instead of reporting every tiny little fact that pops up.

At first atleast expect to see Island Gaming just being a blog reporting gaming news, but there are ideas in my head to perhaps expand the idea. So given time you might see things change, but most likely the first change you will see will be online gaming nights run for PlayStation 3 games, and that is almost 100% going to happen in some form or another!

So lets see how things go with this mad idea.
